I was born and grew up on the Isle of Wight and also spent five years of my childhood living and going to school in Florida. I always loved drawing from a very early age and carried a pad and pencil with me everywhere - I mostly enjoyed drawing people.

I completed an Art Foundation course at Middlesex University where I specialised in Illustration and spent a lot of time in life drawing classes. I experimented with different media and different types of line when drawing the human figure.

I went on to complete a BA (Hons) Degree in Illustration at Falmouth College of Arts. During my time there I experimented with new techniques and media in order to further develop my style of illustration.

It was during my third and final year after a trip to New York with my course that I decided I wanted to specialize in fashion illustration.

Whilst at Falmouth College of Arts I was also awarded the Highly Commended prize by Macmillan publishers for my illustration work.

I now live and work in Brighton as a freelance illustrator.
